What would be an effective way to block spam such as below.
X-Declude-Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [207.218.67.9]
Without any more information, the only ways to block it are [1] Block the return address ([EMAIL PROTECTED]), [2] Block the IP, or [3] Both.
However, more information would be very helpful. The IP 207.218.67.9 has a reverse DNS entry that includes "one-2.net", and is not listed in any common spam databases, which makes this an organization that probably *thinks* that it is not spamming. So the first question would be whether or not it really is spam (did the recipient originally request information from that domain?). Blocking unwanted non-spam can get very complex.
