Mike - I went around and around with the disclaimer issue this summer.

Any message being sent outside your domains that reside on the local host will have
the trailer message if the file exists under c:\imail or wherever the Imail App is
loaded. If the message is sent to someone within the domains services by the local
host it will not have the disclaimer.

The only way around this is to add the disclaimer to everyone signature or email
template.

Is there a way to automatically append outgoing emails with a .txt file
containing a disclaimer? I thought maybe you could put a .txt file in the
root folder or something along those lines.
