Mike - I went around and around with the disclaimer issue this summer. Any message being sent outside your domains that reside on the local host will have the trailer message if the file exists under c:\imail or wherever the Imail App is loaded. If the message is sent to someone within the domains services by the local host it will not have the disclaimer.
The only way around this is to add the disclaimer to everyone signature or email template.
