Miguel, What version of assp are you running? The latest is 1.0.9. I've got it running on my web box (my mail server was BSODing) and I've got the following running with no problems: Web HTTPS DNS POP3 imail) IMAP4 (imail) SMTP (imail) calendar/web messaging ASSP
Even when I terminal in to it I dont get more then 25% CPU utlization and its a Celeron 500 with 512mb of ram. What version of perl are you running? Running anything else using perl? I've didn't read anything about assp being cpu intensive in their forums.
