(I am running Imail 8). I am trying to set it up as a centralised address book with each user being responsible for updating their own details (via the imail webaccess.) All data entered in the users account (such as phone number, email etc.) should then be viewable by everyone through their mail client. These are my questions: 1. How do I setup the LDAP server so that users can search for information in Outlook XP & Outlook Express 6? I have so far only been able to search for name and email addresses. No other information is visible. I want it so that other user data (eg Cellphone, Phone, Fax, Address etc.) are also visible in Outlook & Outlook Express, and thus addable to the users local address book. If someone could please provide a walkthrough for how to setup the LDAP server in iMail and configure Outlook/Outlook Express to access it I would be extremely grateful. 2. Is it possible for a user to edit their details on the LDAP server through Outlook/Outlook Express rather than though the web based system. It would be much more convenient...
