If you have the old server data still intact, you can dump the
encrypted passwords to a file and run L0pht on it. Unless the
passwords use non-alphanumeric characters, L0pht can figure this stuff
out in minutes typically, even seconds. It's best to get the dump of
the passwords that are broken up into 8 character chunks for backwards
compatibility. I can't remember what that is, but some research on
