Unless you can create a rule that looks at the person's address book it may not be 
possibile, unless you have the desire to create a seperate custom page served off of 
IIS never really talking to imail.

Create a page that extracts the current addresses out of the rules.ima file in their 
dir
have a form that they can enter an address into
upon submit write/append [EMAIL PROTECTED]:NULL to rules.ima file in user dir.
