Is the PK USERID in the underlying table, and/or are you presenting
the PK as USERID in the view?
At any rate, the SQL query you need to be able to perform is:

MAXMSGS, FLAGS, TYPE, NUMTRIES, ATTEMPTTIME, NUMTIMESSUSP, LASTLOGIN,
SPNDUSRACCT, ICALENBL, SPELLENBL, NUMSGSTNS, IWDEPTH, IWOPTIONS,
SPELLCHKG, PRVWSIZE, DEFVIEW, TIMEZONE, STRTDAY, DEFCALNM, ENTRYGRNL,
STARTTIME, ENDTIME, MAXEVNTDISP, MAXTSKDISP, MAXNOTEDISP,
MAXDLYRCURCNT, MAXWKLYRCURCNT, MAXMONRCURCNT, MAXYRLYRCURCNT,
DISPCMPLTDTSKS, HOURSCLOCK, MAXSRCHRESPPG, MAXEVENTTITLELEN,
MAXTASKTITLELEN, CONFIRMONDELETE, NUMNOTIFY, LASTNOTIFY FROM <table>
WHERE USERID = <username>
Can you run that against both tables?
