Altigen! We ran it where I used to work and had few problems. I think they were due to imporper configs tho. We installed it at a car dealership and from what I hear things are going great there. One thing about altigen is that it makes setting up VoIP really simple and for those of you who remember configuring other phone systems...nope, not so with altigen. Configure the server to see the trunks etc, then when a user plugs his phone in (can plug it in anywhere) he "logs on" and the system automaticly sees where ext X is on the punch down. Scott
