You can change that link in the message.ini file and it is in several other web messaging files. That should do it for you. If you need help, contact me off-list and I can give you the exact files on Monday.

Looking in IMail Administrator: Click on 'localhost'in the list to the left : Host Name and Default Host are set to "mail.domain.tld" Click on 'mail.domain.tld' in the list: Officail Host Name set to "domain.tld" Host Aliases set to "mail.domain.tld" Click on 'domain.tld' in the list: Officail Host Name set to "domain.tld" Host Aliases set to "mail.domain.tld" I seem to recall it being set up this way to make certain return addresses come out as [EMAIL PROTECTED] rather than [EMAIL PROTECTED] for autoreplies/vacation messages and such. So, of course now external links like web calendaring are built with url's like http://domain.tld:8484. Wrong server, that points to the regular web server. So, how can I: 1) Keep system generated messages using the proper [EMAIL PROTECTED] format 2) Get the web calendar links built to point to mail.domain.tld:8484 If it can be done by swapping the "Officail Host Name" and "Host Aliases" do I have to completely DELETE then recreate that host? It's using an external database for users. If I swap so the "Officail Hostname" is "mail.domain.tld" how do I get system generated messages to come out as from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Any special DNS changes required? The domain is clean in DNS now according to dnsreports and dnsstuff. mail.domain.tld reverses properly to mail.domain.tld. I don't manage the DNS directly but can can generally get changes made withing an hour or so if I can describe what's needed properly. If this can be done by massaging the webmail templates I'd be more willing to take that route. I've searched the archives and the KB without finding info specifically answering this question.
