No, it definitely is not.
If anyone receives one of these bogus notifications, *please* send me the entire message (preferably including all the headers). We still have a few people running very old versions of Declude Virus that are sending out these bogus notifications, and are trying to track them all down to get them to stop. Mydoom is bad enough by itself, but the bogus notifications are getting to be worse than the virus itself.
