We are. Please send any further bogus notifications from Declude Virus to the declude.com abuse@ address.
If they had the brains to look at what my mial server Ips are and the IP address of the mail server in this e-mail, they would realize that there notifications are crap.
FYI, we have taken more steps than any other mailserver AV company about this problem. There was nothing "crappy" or "brainless" about sending virus notifications years ago; it was an incredibly useful feature. Unfortunately, we can't go back in time and change the way the software worked in the past.
In this case, this is from a customer of ours that bought the software in 2002, and never ordered a Service Agreement to keep up-to-date. Worse, they set up their software so these bogus notifications can be sent out. In any case, this is the first complaint we have received about them, and we will be contacting them and following up to ensure that they fix it.
