Yes, you can.  If you are logged in as an admin (through web messaging) on
an existing IP'd domain go to Host Administration, then click Add New Host
on the left.  It gives you the option of Real IP'd on the right or virtual
on the left.  The only problem is that someone would have to add the IP to
your Windows 2000/NT server.
