Does this: 02:10 13:40 SMTP-(014F0C92) Connect urmgroup.com [69.24.68.215:25] (2) 02:10 13:40 SMTP-(014F0C92) 02:10 13:40 SMTP-(014F0C92) SMTP_DELIV_FAILED
indicate the problem is on the receiver SMTP end?
Yes. You can't tell from the log files what the problem is, but http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/mail.ch?domain=urmgroup.com shows that their MX record is bogus. Specifically, it claims that the *host* name of their mailserver is "67.109.61.123" -- but there is no such host name on the Internet. While a human can tell what they really meant, to a computer it is about the same as listing "1-800-555-1212" as the host name.
If you really need to communicate with them, you can add a line "67.109.61.123 urmgroup.com" to your HOSTS file -- but note that when they change their IP (and they will!), you will no longer be able to communicate with them, and it may be a nightmare tracking down the problem.
