Your 5000+ T files are left over from message deliveries to your mail server that were lost, abandoned, etc... If you stop SMTP and Queue services, you can delete them and their corresponding D files since they are incomplete/dead
Your 1300= Q files along with their corresponding D files will be processed the next time IMail does a queue run (or if you initiate a 'send all' from the IMail administrator. All of the left over D files you will have to delete or manually try to create Q files for them ( I don't think you want to do that though).
