Title: Message
That means that you have a rule set up to delete the e-mail (based on something in the e-mail that is triggering the rule).  Check your rules.ima file to see what entries end in NUL.  You may want to change them so they don't delete.

I feel stupid for asking but a search of the user manual and this forum have not helped so I have to ask.

I occasionally get a question from a user that a piece of mail did not get through, when I isolate it in the logs I get the following:

 

02:10 21:34 SMTP-(0B40006D) ldeliver cconnect.net Usermailbox-NUL (1) <email [EMAIL PROTECTED]> 0

 

It appears that a delivery attempt was made but then I assume the nul means it was deleted. Is this correct and if so what caused it to be deleted.

 

As always I feel confident that someone here has the answer.
