Hi Beppo, I have had the same problem like you. The reason of this error is, that the Symantec scanengine treats all messages as infected, since they have attachments named with German Umlauts in its filename !!
In my case the error occours after upgrading the scanengine. What is your version of the scanengine and what is your current IMail version? > ----- Original Message ----- > From: B.
