On the sending side their mail server is not responding on any of the IPs listed below 
except 199.67.139.25 and even that took for ever to respond.  Seems either they're 
having server issues or have incorrect dns records.  .25 responds after some time 
thought with:

220 imbaspam-ny03.iplex.ssmb.com ESMTP Go ahead ...
