Ah.. Shouldn't really be too bad.. don't most email admins block .exe extentions anyway?
blocking executable extensions, preferably at a front-end MX gateway, will stop a large majority of the infections, and was wonderfully effective for novarg/mydoom, but an AV scanner is still advised to catch those attachments that are purposely screwed up to escape attachment filters.
