We accept .exe files here.
For educated users, there is no problem accepting .exe files (assuming
that you have a virus scanner). There's only a brief period of time between
the time a virus is released and virus definitions are created where you are
unprotected, and few educated users will fall for it.
Of course, for every 1 educated user, there are lots of uneducated or clueless users on the Internet. :(
