How do I setup F-Prot Updater to run as a service so it can
get updates even though the computer (a server) doesn't have
an user logged on?

If you go to http://www.declude.com/tools , there are scripts there that can be scheduled to run automatically, which do not require a user to be logged on.

Or, you can search the Declude Virus archives at http://www.mail-archive.org -- someone recently posted a method there that you can use to have the updater scheduled to run automatically.
