It means you have configured a Vacation Message (will only send the
auto-reply once to each sender until recipient list is cleared) *and* you
have configured an automated response (will send it each time). Only
configure one depending upon what you want to do - notify them each time -
or just once.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Vacation Message

Hi:

I don't know if someone else experienced this problem. We have configure
a vacation message for an e-mail account. When someone send a message to
this account the first time receive 2 auto reply messages, one with the
vacation message and the subject: "Automated Response" and other one
totally empty with no subject. The second time we send a message to the
same account we just receive the empty message. No vacation message
again (third or fourth time). What could be the problem. The vacation
message box is filled with the message and the option is enabled. We
never experienced this problem before.

Any ideas?

Dino.
