We do our defrag one a week on Monday morning at 1:00am. Most of the time it takes less than 5 mins ... I'm only defragging the Imail directory not the entire harddrive of the server, and I found it to be the safest way ... the defragger I'm using (sent in a zip file in another email) will cause corruption on a file if accessed during the defrag.
