I have some virtual hosts set up on my IMAIL server. I have one client who insists that they send emails and the person never gets them or certain people send her emails and she never receives them and they don't bounce back. I am very new to IMAIL and was wondering if there is an easy way to trace and see if the messages hit our server and where they went from there.
You might want to start with http://www.declude.com/info/logs.htm which gives some information on reading IMail log files.
In this case, you'll need to collect some information about one specific E-mail that wasn't received (to/from), which you can then search the log files for.
