Go to your IMail server.
Check the DNS server in use by its SMTP service.
Run NSLOOKUP and enter (at the > prompt):
server <DNS server address>
set type=mx
cms.udel.edu
The problem you are seeing is usually caused by a DNS server that is
unable to get the correct records to IMail (for site-specific reasons
including misconfiguration, network connectivity, firewall, etc.)
