A couple of people emailed me saying that they couldn't get the URL Blacklist Manager or the Phrase List Manager to work - they would just hang on the "loading data" screen. The problem has been fixed, and new versions are up for all interested. They're online at http://www.turner3d.net/UBMSetup.exe and http://www.turner3d.net/PLMSetup.exe
