Is this normail for a backup mail server??? Or do I have it configured incorrectly?

>>> MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
<<< 250 2.1.0 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Sender ok
>>> RCPT TO:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
<<< 250 2.1.5 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Recipient ok; will forward

This is using a very old routing mechanism. Specifically, your IMail server acts as a backup mailserver for "mydomain.com" -- and so IMail accepts this E-mail, and blindly passes it on to the primary mailserver for mydomain.com. It sends the address as "[EMAIL PROTECTED]". Your primary mailserver is then sending the E-mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (since that is what the old routing mechanism specifies should be done). Since your primary mailserver allows the backup to relay mail, it is delivered.

I believe the solution here is to change the primary mailserver so it does not allow the backup to relay mail. If you are running Declude JunkMail on the backup mailserver, it will automatically block these E-mails.
