Yes: the Win32 Registry API. :)
The changes made when you add a new domain are very easy to replicate,
and IMail doesn't care if you make the changes "under the surface"
(i.e. not through the GUI). You might even want to use the
ADDDOMAIN.EXE tool to create everything but the ODBC part in one shot
(use NT as a dummy user database, for example), then tweak the
resultant values to reflect the ODBC connection.
