It's Monday... I think I've achieved maximum density... ;)

Which should be the alias?  machine.example.com or example.com?  We just
started playing with webmail and we're seeing some funky results that may be
related to this issue.

We're using Outlook Express (Ver. 6.00 with all the latest MS updates) and
have set up an IMAP account.  From within Outlook Express we've created a
new folder and moved a bunch of mail into that folder.   When we create the
same account on another PC, we see that mail... No probs.  When we go to
WebMail... we see that folder, with no mail.  This is our first encounter
with Webmail management...  I'm sure there's something basic we're just
plain overlooking...
