Got a request from a user who is using Safari on Mac OS 10.3 (Panther)
who wants to attach files to his Web mail.
Found the following document on the IPswitch site:

which describes how to allow the attachment feature on various Web Browsers,
but it doesn't mention Safari. I *DID* add a bunch of the newer browser
versions for MSIE and Mozilla, but I don't know if that catches Safari or
not and I don't have a Mac handy to test this.
So, how do I modify this file to allow people using the Web Messaging
system while on a Mac running OS 10.3 and the Safari browser?
