Thanks to the repondees for the heads up on the "pump and dump" explanation. That makes perfect sense to me now.
As far as my time, this was more of a curiosity than a problem as I have personally(my accounts only, administrator, postmaster, me) only had 10 spams out of 1000 get through in 10 days with no false positives. While this can be reduced with additional software and/or rules maintenance, the cost per spam killed goes up in time and $ as we approach 100% so I am not too worried about that last 1%. Our spam solution so far has cost 0$ and only my time, which didn't cost the company any extra. Other users of ASSP have reported my message being caught by thier systems, so it appears that this may be reduced over time as my spam database grows. Scott, besides the dnsbl failure, is there something else about the email that triggers Declude's alarms? Thanks, Douglas Traylor MIS Department Harbison-Fischer Mfg Co.
