That is just a list of the worst offenders.  I apologize that it is in
Sendmail/Postfix format.  I assume it would need to be converted in some way to
work on an Imail system.

When doing blocks, I usually prefer to use IP numbers or IP blocks, due to the
fact that so many domain names are spoofed, or otherwise munged.
