I am having trouble getting mail from one of my accounts on my Imail Server.
When I try, I get the following error from Entourage, my email program: The server for account 'myaddress' returned the error "[IN-USE] failed to lock or parse or multiple access." Your username/password or security settings may be incorect. Would you like to try re-entering your password? When I log into Imail Administrator and check this User, in the directory I see two files: Main.~bx Main.mbx None of my other users have the Main.~bx, so I am wondering if that is a problem. I tried to delete this account and then create another with the same name, but the same problem happens. I can access all of my other email accounts just fine. If I try to display the User from the User Administration area of Web Messaging, it says Status Locked. Any ideas on how I fix this? Thanks.
