You mean like from a cafe or a kiosk? I seem to ba anatomically connected to my laptop when I travel so I don't know your circumstances, but if you'll explain a bit more about what your internet access points are like away from the office I may have ideas.

It's pretty limited, and I'm sure there are IMail compatible browser based alternatives that do more and offer collaboration and other features. IMail expects one entry per line in the format of "Name" in quotes, followed by a space, followed by the <Address> in < > brackets.
