I'm in the "Scott camp" on this one, because we are blocked by Len even
though we have static IPs. There are many ISPs out there that will not
delegate or customize RDNS entries.
I'm sure that Len blocks a lot of SPAM in this manner, but why stop
there...he should just shut down all of his internet connectivity and he
would stop 100% of the SPAM. Now that's a filter to be proud of!! :)

I believe that Len blocks all IPs with non-vanity reverse DNS entries --
since your reverse DNS entry contains "comcast.com" in it, you are
probably
being blocked.
I'll save everyone a hassle, and won't give my opinion about blocking
E-mail in that manner (I'll just say that Declude JunkMail does not
block
E-mail on a single criterion like that). If a thread about the benefits
vs. drawbacks of blocking on a single criterion come up, I'll do my best
to
stay out of it (so don't think that I am ignoring the issue -- you can
search the archives to find all the details of my opinion on the
matter).
