Some days ago, I asked a similar question to this forum. I have to convert all incoming mail for a specific domain to plaintext. IMail does not have such a feature.
However, I found the Product "XWall" which is essentially an SMTP relay running on Win32, being able to convert HTML- and TNEF-encoded mails to plaintext (among other useful things). Details here: http://www.xwall.us Perhaps you could subscribe your digests to a mailbox on a third level domain and route the corresponding MX over a "translating" SMTP relay product like XWall...?
