Lately many of my users are
complaining that emails like from [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
other auto sent emails are being bounced by declude's
spam filter...

Declude doesn't bounce E-mail -- it just does what you tell it to do. I'm guessing you have decided to use stricter settings than the ones that we recommend. If you ask go to the Declude JunkMail mailing list (or contact our support@ address), we can help you with this.

, can someone help me with a work around
for this other than that whitelisting or if this is my
only option what is the best way to whitelist without
opening the door to more garabage?

I would strongly recommend against whitelisting @ebay.com -- you'll let a lot of "phishing" E-mails through. Whitelisting reverse DNS entries that contain .ebay.com would be a better idea.

I just checked an E-mail from eBay, and it had a weight of less than 0, meaning that Declude considered it to almost definitely be legitimate (must more so than most legitimate E-mails).
