You should read up on SPF and see how it confronts null senders (HELO
checks and SRS, for example).
Your request is still just plain wrong, not just a bad deal for a few
poor suckers but terrible Internet citizenship affecting a gigantic
number of legitimate users, and one that isn't endorsed by those with
extremely draconian, yet well-thought-out, anti-spam policies. It's
the type of move that leads people to say you should just unplug your
box from the Internet.
