Just an FYI..
after spending two weeks battling with this and finally spending a couple of
hours with Microsoft. I posted this twice to this list and did not find a
solution.. the solution is the following link..
We had issues
with:
- first Earthlink
being denied connection- we were getting 550 error
- we forced the
DNS to point to Earthlink ..
- Then AOL
starting refusing connection..
- Then we started
seeing Comcast..
First blame went
to IMail
Then we saw our
listserv having the same problem..
So blame went to
listserv ..
Finally blame went
to Microsoft DNS.. who blamed Cisco and then the KB article.
Hope it helps
others if they face the same issue.
