Actually,  he  didn't  ask about that part, since that's a known issue
with any gateway that doesn't hold a copy of the local userbase(s).

Yes;  use  ORF (www.vamsoft.com), which has a recipient blacklist that
can  be  used  to  reject unknown recipients that you add manually, as
well  as  an AD-based table that is automatically populated if you are
using IMail's AD integration.
