For example: looking over the stuff in our quarantine folder since the 11th I see that of the 7 emails that we redirected to recipients that 5 were trapped because they were on the URL-Black list and one each because they triggered either the HTML content or the Statistical filter.
When we find one that triggers the URL-Blacklist we edit that file (keeping record of what domain we removed so that we can remove it from Ipswitch's updated file) and restart the Queue Manager so that we can minimize the likelihood that we catch one of those emails again.
We also forward to Ipswitch a list of the domains we remove from their Blacklist and they have been quite good about removing them from their updates.
