Only using IMail AV (Symantec) here, but using (active) client virus
software on every computer which also is activated for Outlook (and can't be
disabled by the standard user working here). Since you most likely have no
influence in what your customer has on their client computer you might want to
consider using a second one, but there are actually very very few that pass
through IMail AV, only very new ones, which you can then in 99% of all cases
catch via *.vbs, *.pif, ... filters for the attachments.
