I have everything set to delete at the moment and they are not deleting automatically. That's the problem.

You can either insert an X-Header or delete the message, not both. The only
way you can do both is to insert X-Headers and then create domain processing
rules to scan the headers and delete the message if it finds X-IMAIL.
