If it's just a cosmetic issue to the customer (or he's to lazy to type the http:// and 
the :8383 leave it on 8383 and setup IIS on your imail machine, add an site, and add a 
page in there called default.asp
If you want I can send you my code for the ASP, its really quick and simple.
