Ah, that looks like the next "Final Ultimate Solution to the Spam Problem" (see http://www.rhyolite.com/anti-spam/you-might-be.html -- the people that wrote that greylisting page really visit that URL).
Problem #1: He proposes a "new and currently very effective" method of spam control -- but gives it a name that people have used for years without any definite meaning.
Problem #2: He is proposing an idea that has been around for years, and making it sound like his own (like Paul Graham did with statistical filtering).
But the short answer is no, this type of greylisting can't be done with IMail or any addons that intergrate with IMail. That's because this type of greylisting requires low-level access to the SMTP conversation, which isn't possible with IMail.
More traditional greylisting (such as blocking blatant spam while somehow marking E-mails that appear to be spam (but are not as blatantly spam)), however, can be accomplished (Declude JunkMail has allowed this for years; I believe IMail v8's anti-spam has a way of doing it via rules).
