[IMail Forum] Upgrade to 8.1

I am planning to upgrade from 7.15 to 8.10 soon.  Any suggestions or caveats that anyone can suggest in order to prepare for this?  I am primarily upgrading for the LDAP, but if there are still issues with this release I may not upgrade at all and spare myself the disappointment.  I know that I need to stop the services before I upgrade and backup my server as well.  As for the backup though, what specifically should I backup - the whole Imail folder?   Thanks!   Raul Mavis MIS Manager City of Nogales
