Im trying to maximize our value to the organization by letting the users know that IT just saved them from getting a virus, and would like to change the standard "Virus Detected" email that goes out when the notification option is checked.
Ideally Id like to change: From: Postmaster -> SPAM ADMIN Subject: anything other than Virus Detected - This actually has generated MORE calls because people think they now have a virus. Stock message is ok, but it never hurts to add contact info to at least appear to want a call..
