How do you currently connect to the internet and how will you connect
with the new company? Do you have a router performing NAT?

Because you have not mentioned NAT, I presume you have xDSL or a lease
line with a block of IPs assigned to you. If this is so and you're
having an overlap period where you will have both connections running, I
assume you'll be getting a second router for your new connection with a
new range of IPs assigned to it?

If this is the case I don't think you'll have much of a problem because
I believe Imail listens on all IPs. All I think you should need to do is
add a second IP address to the NIC (and possibly a second gateway).

You could test this before changing DNS after your new connection is
installed. Adding a second IP certainly shouldn't break anything. If
nobody here recommends otherwise and it doesn't work, you can always
remove the second IP you added and post back :)

Regards,
Lyndon
