I'm guessing you meant right-to-left writing. :)
The built-in templates don't support RTL; don't know if anybody has
ported them. It's probable that you could build an RTL interface by
just using IWEBMSG, custom tags, language packs, and existing broswer
functionality, but that would be a ton of work.
Though I usually challenge people determined to leap out of the IMail
suite for third-party webmail (since their perceived problems with
IWEBMSG are usually due to server misconfiguration), I've got to say
that you'd be better off getting some third-party web app. Google your
language and 'webmail,' perhaps.
