HIPPA requires a "disclaimer" of sorts added to every mail message. But if I remember right, it doesn't matter where it gets added, at the Client on Server (obviously the server solution is easier). Where I used to work we had to go around to one clients 5 locations and add that disclaimer to every mail client due to the server set up (*nix)
