This column was interesting. I would say that we would certainly fall into
the category of dropping quite a bit of those "newsletters". Since we have
not had a single customer complain about their not getting some "opt-in"
newsletter I would venture to make a guess that even if they had originally
"opt'ed in" for the most part the customer deletes or ignore those
newsletters themselves when they were being delivered. Which is why they
don;t miss them now.
